White Tiger
Angele Del Toro, the White Tiger, is a relatively recent character in the Marvel Universe, first appearing in 2004. Honestly, I don't know the character, beyond reading the first couple of paragraphs of her wiki. But I liked the figure well enough that after letting it stare me down from the shelves of my store for what seems like years, I finally decided to pick it up. It's like a cool opposite of Black Panther.

Lacus Clyne
I find more and more that for no discernible reason, I really like these Figure-Rise Busts. They've shown off a Char Aznable bust, which I'm really looking forward to. But in the meantime, here's Lacus Clyne from Gundam Seed. To this point, she's the only one who has an entire upper body including full arms and hands. So she's not really a "bust," but she is a nice addition to the collection.

Groot
I was about halfway to building the build-a-figure Groot when I realized that I didn't really want two of the three remaining figures, and the third was pretty hard to find. Then I found the Toys R Us figure and decided it would be much easier and cheaper to buy it that way. Plus, this one comes with the two mini-Groots. He's still as tall as he should be and he has a different face than the build a figure version (so now I have both versions of the head).

HGUC Zaku I Sniper
This is the older version of this kit. I didn't realize there was an older version of this kit at first, I thought I had ordered the Yonem Kirks custom version from 2015-ish, but instead this is the regular version from 2005-ish. There's not much of a difference, small details in the head and some new stickers. It still has the kick-stand for the knee to provide the ability to kneel, and the cool backpack and sniper rifle. It's an awesome looking kit.

Charmander & Squirtle
So at my store we started carrying these Lego knock-off Pokemon sets. They're Mega Construx brand, which I think is connected to Mega Blox and not a ripoff of Mega Blox. Anyway, they seemed pretty cool so I picked one up, and I may get some more. They have a Charizard and Gyarados which both look pretty impressive. But Charmander is my favorite Pokemon, so I had to start with this.

Vulture
Vulture is the main villain of the most recent Spider-Man Reboot Spider-Man Homecoming, which I did not yet see. But the figure was interesting enough to me to pick up. I am eager to see it, as Michael Keaton seems like he might make a pretty good villain. Having not seen the movie, I can't really comment on this figure's accuracy or the character's backstory, except that I have confirmed that Keaton plays the original Vulture, Adrian Toomes.

7961 Sith Infiltrator
I bought this set used on ebay, and luckily it came complete with all the pieces and minifigures. It has since been updated with newer releases, but I tend to like the selection of figs in this kit a little better. It comes with Darth Maul, Qui-Gon Jinn, Padme Amidala, and Captain Panaka. It looks good, but the wings can't open while sitting on the shelf by itself, even with landing gear deployed (it has built in landing gear). Everything else looks nice and sleek, even for an older kit.
