I had to pick up a couple of characters who I didn't really care for, but it was nice to have a Juggernaut figure. He is suitably huge when stood behind the rest of my X-Men, and has a surprising amount of detail in the head piece.

Black Widow
I've never been able to get my hands on a Black Widow figure until now. I'm not a fan of the blonde Black Widow, nor am I a fan of the green tactical vest. So I was very excited to find that the vest was removable. Not a bad figure, but I wish they'd do a release of the Iron Man 2 look in the 10 year MCU collection.

Venom
So this line of Venom figures launched around the same time as Venom the movie hit theaters. It's not exactly an MCU line, but it certainly is connected to the movie franchise. This figure isn't much different from my previous Venom figure. I like the previous Venom head and claws, but this one has the goo effects and a slightly better paint job (that may just be a difference between my two specific figures).

Ant-Man
I really enjoyed Ant-Man and the Wasp, much more than the first Ant-Man. The facial print on this figure is somehow pretty much right on but also strangely in the uncanny valley.

Gamorrean Guard
I hadn't even been aware of this figure being something that was planned until the day I happened to be building the action figure aisle at my store and happened to pull this out of a box. In a year where there were not a whole lot of figures available (and the ones that were never seemed to be in stock ever), this was one of the most exciting figures.

GM Command (Colony Type)
This kit was surprisingly one of the kits I was most impatient to get my hands on early in the past year. I absolutely loved the GM Sniper II, which this is just a variation of. But the police-like colors and the continuation of the stylized designs, this one may be my favorite of the new GMs. And in a year in which there were not a whole lot of 1/100 releases (and it seemed most of them were variations of old releases), this one is among the most exciting.
