(PHY) Frieza (Full Power)

Captain Rex

It took me a long time to finally get my hands on this figure. I knew it was going to be a difficult one, and it seemed especially more difficult because it was released in a wave of mostly Episode 8 figures which didn't sell very well and therefore didn't often restock at my local stores.

The figure is a badass and is probably the most detailed figure I've seen from the Black Series.

(AGL) Vegeta (Giant Ape)

Mobile Games

I've been playing Dragonball Dokkan Battle on my phone for some time, and I've loved the artwork in that game. I've also recently started playing Fate/Grand Order and it's been pretty addictive. I'm going to start posting the artwork of my characters from each game. It will pretty quickly overtake each of my other collections, but I'll continue to post those as well.

MG Buster Gundam

When I first saw the Seed anime, I wasn't a huge fan of another Gundam team with all of the GAT type gundams, but especially after they were released as such high-quality master grades, I ended up eventually getting them all. The Buster was probably my second favorite of the main five mobile suits, only to the Strike gundam. It definitely has a bit of a Heavyarms meets Wing Zero feel to it, but it looks pretty unique and has a great color scheme.

Captain America

Here's the Infinity War Captain America. I thought Chris Evans looked great in this movie with a beard and longer hair style. The figure doesn't quite capture the look. It was just time to pick up an MCU version of Cap.

Kaname Buccaneer

Kaname is my favorite member of Walkure, mostly because she's the most understated (i.e. least anime) character in the cast. These figures look really great, and even better, they're cheap. I can't say the same for the actual model battroid/fighters. But there is a plan for the eventual Macross shelf.

Clone Commander Wolffe

Wolffe is a clone trooper introduced in the Clone Wars cgi series, serving mainly under Plo Koon. He's got a pretty cool design, and I didn't even know he was released as a Black Series figure because he was/is a GameStop exclusive.

Gamora

This is the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 version of Gamora, and it is a great looking figure. They've really started to lock down their head sculpts over at Hasbro, because this one looks very much like Zoe Saldana. The figure is actually pretty well balanced and articulated, which isn't always the case for female characters and big hair, but she has no problem staying on her feet.
