Fallout 4: Day 1

I'm starting a new playthrough of Fallout 4 and figured I'd keep a player journal on here, complete with photos. Follow along! (Yes, I do cheat)
I designed my "Nora" using the Gorgeous Vault Girl preset.

"Nora" has a history of military service and a law degree, two things which may help her in her bid to survive the post-apocalyptic wasteland.
He is Vault-Tec!
As a lawyer, Jessica has high intelligence and charisma, as a soldier she specialized in rifles using her decent perception, agility, and a bit of luck.
Baby Shaun, whom I will most likely ignore through most of my playthrough.
Welcome to post-apocalyptia!
Vault 111: A better future -- underground.
We promise, they're just for decompression and decontamination.
Nah, we're totally going to freeze you.
An asshole with a scar just killed my Nate
Freedom!!!
Brightness!!!
Home-sweet-home.
Two-hundred years later and my Mr. Handy still works. Robco really builds them to last.
So long, baby Shaun.
I've got a new pet dog.
Will become the second most irritating character in the game.
Will become the most likeable minuteman.
Will become the most irritating character in the game.

Most Wanted #6: ZGMF-X666S Legend Gundam

The Legend Gundam is the sibling suit to Gundam Seed Destiny's namesake Destiny Gundam. It is heavily based on the Providence Gundam, which had been piloted by Seed's villain Rau Le Creuset, and cuts a similar figure to that suit. While the Destiny and the Impulse join the Legend as the grand trio of ZAFT's mobile suit forces, the Legend is the only "evil" themed of the mobile suits, even sporting the model number 666.

This would be a truly interesting model, with its star-shaped dragoon system and dark-gundam colors. It features eight dragoons, a beam cannon, anti-ship saber, two beam sabers, and a beam shield. It could make use of a dragoon display similar to the Nu-Gundam's funnel display stand.

Batman

My favorite comic series is definitely Batman and his entire rogue's gallery. The Arkham games by Rocksteady have become my definitive version of the Batman universe, even over the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight series. So when it came to building my figure collection, I definitely favored the Arkham figures over the regular DC Collection.

This particular Batman is representative of the Arkham Origins version of Batman, and came as part of a larger 4-pack of figures, which I'll eventually post.

Assassin's Creed -- Arno Victor Dorian

Arno is one of the most boring assassins in the Assassin's Creed lore, despite how much I tried to like him. He occasionally showed some interesting personality, but I think he was mostly hamstrung by being in one of the worst games in the series. It was a real shame to me that a French game company so thoroughly botched a historical game set in revolutionary Paris.

Assassin's Creed has become my favorite series to imagine my own re-writing of the plot, and Unity is far and away the best example of it.

This figure also manages to be one of the most boring figures in the collection, as he comes only with the rapier and his face is both somewhat unfaithful to the original character and permanently obscured by an irremovable hood. The hood's construction also affects posability.

Superman

You can't call yourself a DC fan and a collector without having a Superman in your collection. I know that when the New-52 launched, there was a lot of complaint about the new character designs. I like the design for Superman, though.

Black Series -- Jango Fett

This figure has a bit of a story behind it. When it first came out, I naturally grabbed the one we had in stock and set it aside for myself. When our store opened, a customer came right in and asked specifically if we had Jango Fett in stock. I overheard him as I was on my way to clock out for lunch and felt obliged to offer him the one I was about to buy. So it took me quite a while to get my hands on this one.

Marvel Legends -- Ben Reilly Spiderman

So this figure is not the original Peter Parker version of Spider-Man. Admittedly, I don't know much about the deeper comic book backgrounds of the different characters. I know there's multiple versions of Spider-Man, but I'm only really familiar with Peter Parker and Miles Morales. This figure is the Ben Reilly version, whom I have never heard of before.
That said, this version has not only the typical aspects of Spider-Man, including the web-slinging wrist-bands, but also includes options to transform him into a Venom symbiote version, which is pretty cool.

Shay Patrick Cormac

Among many other things, I do enjoy collecting Assassin's Creed figures. One of my favorite three is the Shay Patrick Cormac figure, despite me never even actually playing through that particular game (Assassin's Creed Rogue). I love his long coat, and the array of weapons he carries, and the color scheme is on-point. The only drawback to this figure is that he seems to have a tougher time standing than many of the other assassins that I have collected. It may just be my figure, but his ankle joints seem a little loose.
