Most Wanted #7: AMX-107 Bawoo/AMX-107R ReBawoo

Mobile Suit ZZ Gundam was not known to be one of the greatest series. And honestly, most of the good mobile suits in that series were the hold-overs from Z Gundam. But one truly great mobile suit did manage to make its way out of the ZZ quagmire (thanks in no small part due to a great presence in video games) and overcome its ridiculous name in order to show its awesomeness: the Bawoo.

The Bawoo was initially developed by Axis as a transformable mobile suit to help Axis Zeon forces to compete with the stellar transformable mobile suits of the AEUG, Earth Federation, and Titans (Zeta Gundam, Hambrabi, Gabthley, etc). It was initially produced in small numbers and meant to be piloted only by aces and other top pilots, but as the Bawoo showed its versatility it entered mass production and became one of the standard mobile suits of Axis Zeon.

The ReBawoo is an upgraded form of the Bawoo, complete with added psychoframe, and saw use by the "Sleeves" during the events of Unicorn Gundam. Notably, one ReBawoo was being outfitted for use by Full Frontal before the capture of the Sinanju Stein caused Full Frontal to abandon the suit.

It may be cheating to list both of these suits in the same entry, but honestly the differences are largely cosmetic. The Bawoo offers a transformation as well as two alternate re-color opportunities (Mass Production Green and Glemy Rebellion Grey). It can feature a wide array of weaponry, but really we just need the basics with a suit that could look this sleek and cool on our shelves.
